Vienna has all you need for a fantastic holiday or city break. It has beautiful scenery, is simple to navigate, and is crammed with historical buildings and museums. A benefit is that nature is easily accessible. While Vienna is fantastic for family holidays and short city breaks, there is more than enough to keep you busy for an extended holiday. This small city, centred on the banks of the Danube, is home to gilded royal mansions, expansive gardens, and massive museums. When you venture outside the city, you will see a landscape of hills and woodlands sprinkled with wineries and crisscrossed with hiking routes. Our Holiday Vibes are Good Vibes Only!

Itinerary
Day 2
Palace Day
Get going early on day 2 of your three-day Vienna itinerary. Start by touring Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna's top attraction and the pinnacle of elegance. It has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1996. Stay on task. With each passing day, the lines get worse. The Hapsburg dynasty, which ruled the Austro-Hungarian empire for more than 650 years, had a summer residence in the opulent Renaissance palace. You should explore the palace as well as the sizable garden complex. Get ready to walk.
Day 3
Delve Deeper into Vienna
You mention another palace, for sure. The largest palace complex in the world is called Hofburg Palace. Up until 1918, the Hapsburgs called it home. There are fewer tourists, yet the historical fascination and swirly Rococo splendour are still present. The palace is a colourful fusion of Rococo and Renaissance design. You can explore the Sisi Museum, the Imperial Apartments, and the Silver Collection, among other areas. It will require the entire morning to see everything.
