Day 2
Visit Auschwitz and Birkenau
Consider taking a day trip to one of Poland's most visited historic attractions, the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps, on your third day in Krakow. Of course, this day trip is not lighthearted or exhilarating, but rather solemn and solemn. It demands you to visit locations where horrific tragedy and evil occurred during the Holocaust to educate future generations and pay tribute to the war's victims. If you do decide to go, it's a fulfilling and humanising experience that's well worth it if you think you'll be able to approach the day with the respect that such a tour requires. Visiting the camps will most likely take up the majority of the day. There are numerous tours available that will pick you up in Krakow and transport you to Auschwitz/Birkenau, where you will be given the terms of both camps before returning to Krakow.

Explore the Wieliczka Salt Mine
After busy 2 days, enjoy your final day in Krakow by visiting one of the world's oldest operational salt mines, which is also home to the world's largest underground chapel, the Chapel of St. Kinga, made entirely of salt. The salt mines are breathtaking, with enormous natural tunnels, intricately carved salt statues, and light shows.
