- Summer (June through August): The middle of the year has pleasant temperatures with cool, agreeable days and nights. With 4 to 6 days of precipitation every month, these months experience the most precipitation.

Blekinge Museum
- Blekinge's Regional Museum exhibits the county's history, seaside culture, and ancestry. On 1 July, Blekinge Museum will open for the year.
- Hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 16. Sunday and Saturday are closed. Children and youth under 20 are admitted free with a 60 SEK admission fee.
- You must pre-book your visit because of the epidemic; even minors who receive free entry must be scheduled.
- Entry tickets are available online at Nortic and the Skeppsbrokajen 10 Karlskrona Tourist Center.
Drottningskärs Kastell
- One of the most magnificent historical defences in Sweden is this castle from the seventeenth century.
- One of the most important of Sweden's ancient military structures, this well-preserved stronghold from the Great Power era was finished in the final decades of the seventeenth century.
- The cannon, magazine, and residential quarters are housed in a vast granite donjon.
- The four bastions of the citadel—Maria, Christina, Hedvig, and Ulrica—are all named after Swedish queens.
- The citadel was on a military footing between 1710 and 1811 when its garrison peaked at 250 people.
- When the new Ellenabben castle on Aspö was constructed in 1865, Drottning-skär was removed from the active list.
- Take the ferry from Handelshamnen or, during the summer, travel by archipelago boat to the Drottningskär Citadel.
Kristianopel's Church
- The building of the Kristianopel church, a stunning example of early 17th-century architecture, began in 1618.
- The St. Peter's church at Avaskär (see Avaskär's chapel) was replaced by the town of Kristianopel's first church when the city was founded in 1600.
- The troops of Swedish Crown Prince Gustav II Adolf destroyed the church by the middle of the summer of 1611.
- With the help of the Danish king, the construction of a new church, which was necessary, started in 1618. Olluff Madsen oversaw the construction.
- Bricks constructed the structure from Nättraby and limestone and granite from Oland.
- Although it was not yet finished, the church was given the name Holy Trinity Church when it was first opened in 1624.
- The church is a historically accurate structure with a tower with a stepped gable and a nave with transepts.
- The nave is somewhat parallel to confirm the church structure to the previous town layout.
- The only structure from Kristianopel's prime as a city is the church.

Wämöparken

- Wämöparken, also known as Skansen of Blekinge, was established in 1910 on the same principles as the renowned open-air museum Skansen in Stockholm.
- The park contains some magnificent ancient wooden structures that have been collected from all over Blekinge and are noteworthy in terms of culture and history.
- The ancient buildings are only accessible to the public during the summer (May-September). Still, the big, primarily forested park is open all year and perfect for long walks in the lovely countryside.
- There is also a sizable adventure playground, a miniature zoo with pigs, goats, rabbits, ducks, chickens, and a dog agility course.
- A comfortable café has been built in one of the historic structures, a former rectory from 1910.
