Lake Skadar
- Lake Skadar is one of the most significant tourist attractions in Podgorica and Montenegro.

- Labeati, an Illyrian tribe that governed the region around Skadar Lake, had Meteon as one of their major centres.
- It was founded in the late Fourth or early Third century BC on a steep mountain that commanded the Medun field.

Old Town and Clock Tower
- The Old Town was the heart of ancient Podgorica during the Ottoman Empire with its urban and architectural forms, customs, lifestyle, and oriental traits (1474 – 1879). The clock tower, a structure in the Beir Beg Osmanagi Plaza, serves as the emblem of the Old Town.
- In the 18th century, Mehmed-Pasha Osmanagi constructed it. Interestingly, he had just ordered an Italian watch then.
- The Turkish castle Depedogen, also known as Ribnica, was built in 1474 following the Ottomans' conquest of Podgorica's ancient square.
- Around the middle of the 20th century, the waqf structure next to the clock tower was dismantled.
Sastavci and Brigde on Sastavci
- This favourite romantic location is especially beloved by Podgorica locals, who earned it the nickname Skaline.
- The oldest bridge in Podgorica is an antique stone bridge at the mouth of the Ribnica in Moraa.
- This bridge is one of the few remnants of the former Grimm metropolis in this region, based on the currently available information.
- Older residents of Podgorica call this bridge "A bridge on Sastavci" since Sastavci was the previous name of the area near the Ribnica in Moraa.

- The Cinematheque of Montenegro and the Film Center of Montenegro are working together to put on the Podgorica Film Festival for a third year.
