Tlačenica

- Tlačenica is a sort of pressed pork sausage produced from pork organs, often the pig's heart, tongue, skin, and cheeks.
- The meat is prepared by being cooked, deboned, and cut into pieces. It is then spiced and combined with some of the cooking liquid before being placed into a large intestine or stomach of a clean pig.
- Different regions use different spices to season the meat, but they typically include salt, black pepper, sweet or hot paprika, and garlic.

- This meat product, also known as vargl, presvurt, or prezvurt, can either be served after being cooked and pressed or smoked and dried for up to two weeks in traditional smokehouses.

- The final flavour and lumpy texture of Mohant are greatly influenced by the conventional two-phase production method and ripening procedure.

Vodice Must-Attend Festivals and Events
- Easter in Vodice is a unique and spectacular event thanks to the zudije tradition, which dates back over a century.
- Zudije is a local man who portrays ancient Roman soldiers and Jesus' crucifixion.
- They stand watch over Jesus' tomb on Maundy Thursday, participate in the procession the next day, and then escape on Maundy Saturday after the angels proclaim his resurrection.
